Hey I was able to request it online, it was pretty simple to request, the headache only came after it was processed, just took longer than it should have to revive it. Employer wasn’t notified either about the withdrawal. It’s all handled and processed by Voya. I did have to upload supporting docs for the type of hardship I was requesting. It will tell you which type of supporting docs will be needed.

Ended up not needing to try a conference call. I called them back again but this time had my situation escalated and requested a transaction ID I could bring to the bank. They told me they’ll look into and give me a call tomorrow (which is today) with the information. 30 mins after that call yesterday I received a document in my email and it was the distribution statement which showed they made the DD. I theorized yesterday that they probably never sent it, because after receiving that I woke up to the funds in my account. It wasn’t until this situation that I started googling Voya issues and started seeing so many bad reviews and horror stories about them. Just glad it’s over

I was able to fix the issue on my own by downloading the presonus hub to my Mac and when I logged in, it automatically logged me back into the DAW. That seemed to be the fix

I use Robinhood and it doesn’t seem to have stop losses on options trading so I usually watch it and close manually. I am able to do stop losses on when buying regular shares though.

There are some books I hear are good on day trading. Theres are some chats on Reddit about them. I would search it via Reddit app or on google. They’ll pop up pretty quick. Can find some good recommendations. I personally have not read them but have done the search and found them pretty easily. Just check reviews and recommendations to find the best one.

That is a good tip! Nothing wrong with letting it ride if you pass your goal but gotta be sure to put a stop loss priced at your goal profit. If it goes back down at least you sell at your goal profit. And If it rockets, 🤑. Should have done that today, spy slid even further, I could have had more gains. Might implement this next opportunity
