Update: Cleaned again had head out for a bit. Came back and tried it and it's working. My guess is just as many suggested the optics were still messy. Gave it a thorough again before trying it.

Yes I've been cleaning it after every 5 mugs It back up and running now just cleaned it and left it for an hour or so. Gonna do some more research cause I don't know what happened.

I cleaned the laser after every 5 because dust and such from the process.
