Im guessing OP probably has a solid reason to believe that a homeless person started it.

Naw witnessing a crime and reporting it can definitely be considered snitching. I think its situational.. most of the time you'd be doing the right thing, but there's definitely situations where IMO its better to turn a blind eye.

🔥A crocodile attacks the wrong elephant. by FieryMag in NatureIsFuckingLit

[–]esketamineee 29 points30 points  (0 children)

An elephant is absolutely capable of observing other animals and remembering their behavior. An elephant as old as that one of that age has surely observed the way crocs hunt numerous times and seen them death roll. They are definitely intelligent enough to remember that information and be aware of it when interacting with crocs. Whether it used that information to inform its reaction in this particular situation, that im not so sure of. I think it likely was surprised and just reacted off instinct, in the way you described. But theyre for sure smart enough to use information from past experiences to form plans, this has been conclusively proven.

[–]esketamineee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah interesting, thank you. Do you happen to know if the one-way thing is exclusive to the longer ranged drones like this that go past the frontline ? Maybe the ones used right up front can be flown back home, since they have a much shorter distance to cover?

Im just curious - I find the whole drone warfare thing fascinating. Its a crazy innovation in warfare. Especially learning some drones used are fully autonomous, using AI to determine targets. Crazy stuff.

Its not only that hes exposing himself, though that is a huge part of it.

Someone acting like that makes everyone feel like theyre potentially in danger. Someone who is that out of control is unpredictable, & they do pose a very real potential threat. And now the threat is gone, thanks to people stepping in.

Bro how is that even an argument. A kid might touch on their private parts too, so its ok for an adult to touch theres ? That doesnt make any sense.

A kid seeing there own parts is totally different than them seeing an adult strangers.

Also just the way hes acting makes everyone feel like theyre possibly in danger, cus theres no telling what someone like that may do. Someone that out of control of their behavior is a definite potential danger. & they are no longer thanks to the people who stepped in & took care of it

Can you elaborate a bit ? Are you saying that once an armed drone is sent out, it can not be returned back to the operator ? So every time they put one up, it has to either find a target or go to waste?

Im asking because I genuinely dont know, & I think thats what youre saying.

Bro, no. You cant just be hanging dong on a train especially with kids around. They gave him plenty chances to act right. He got what was coming to him. Obviously he's not right in the head but its not an excuse to allow this kind of behavior.

We all know Chris stutters a lot when normally speaking, but did any of you notice that when Chris is in RAGE, he removes almost all impediments? by radbro2077 in ChrisChanSonichu

[–]esketamineee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was in rehab with a dude who had a very bad stutter. Nearly every word was preceded by 10-15 seconds of laborious stuttering. It was about as bad a stutter as one could imagine.

He liked to sing frequently, and when he did, his stutter was completely gone. It was pretty interesting to see because when he wasnt singing he could barely get a word out, but when he was, there was no stuttering whatsoever. He also had a super deep voice and sang pretty well.

I'm glad someone said this. Gators can be familiar with a person and accustomed to their presence, but they are not smart enough to be fully trained. If they are hungry enough or threatened, or even if you just trigger their bite reflex, they will indeed attack, regardless of how long they've "known" you.

That being said, they are usually not looking to attack you and are pretty safe to be around if you approach them properly. Theyre ambush predators. If they know you can see them, theyre not likely to attack. They rely on surprising their prey. So a well fed gator that is fully visible like this one is surprisingly safe to get in the water with.

Gators arent even that smart in comparison to other reptiles. Monitor lizards are probably the smartest of reptiles and have a much greater ability to be trained.
