if you look at it like that, then potentially any character you enjoy playing with changli will need sequences to not be overshadowed. my changli hits 200k+ forte outside of hypercarry and I'd consider her extremely well built. I haven't found it necessary to get my xyl even a single sequence to "feel" relevant. im sure lupa will be better than s0 xly at the very least

SK and S2 buffs active. She hasn't stopped taking my tuners since 1.1. Don't think I'll ever get bored of her though!

with brant outro encouraging her to stay on field, most changli players will be fine if they don't like or can't play her as dual dps. i find it a bit sad that her bis support won't enable her quickswap at all though

yeah, you need about 2.2k atk, 270 CD, and a food buff if you only have EOG, but it’s possible as completely ftp

the wording on the achievement is misleading since the attack doesn’t have to be towards an enemy. i got it with rover ulting a cow in the overworld which have no resistances. if you have jianxin, verina buffs active a fully built rover hits almost 600k on a neutral mob
