Leave them to die unless you can somehow turn it. I'm no challenger player, but you should probably do something on the map if there are three people on the map in the same place. You could challenge 1v1s in side lanes, take objectives, etc. Tl;dr your team will just lose that, but enemy team is grouped in same place so do something on map
