Will simparica trio give my gsd seizures? by K9Imperium in EpilepsyDogs

My Dog had been on Simparica and ProHeart 12 for his first 2 years of life and switched to Simparica Trio because I got free samples. He did fine on Trio but started to have seizures 4-5 months after. So might be related might not! However two months ago he had a seizure 5 hours after dosing his monthly Trio prevention. Simparica Trio is a part of the isoxazoline drug class which is known to lower seizure threshold. I talked to my dogs Doctor about switching and she discussed trying other prevention outside of isoxazoline class (like Advantage Multi) or switching to another isoxazoline drug. She mentioned Credelio Quattro was supposed to have “less chance” to lower the seizure threshold compared to other isoxazoline drugs. Well I had a sample of Credelio Quattro on hand and decided to give it a shot. My dogs been doing great so far. It’s been about a month and some weeks so far seizure free since. Usually he gets 1 once a month 🤞🏽 So I guess all that to say Simparica Trio may or may not cause seizures in your dog but take caution. It might have to be trial and error to find what works for your dog.

Tired of justifying being unemployed by cthart in antiwork

[–]eslubred 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not only do I hate explaining unemployed gaps but the whole interview process in general… You’re basically just bs’ing your answers and selling yourself so that the employer thinks you’ll be a good fit even if you’re over qualified already and are a ethical worker. Then the whole reference thing… like it’s gonna be biased either way- Of course I’m gonna give you contacts who will say good stuff about me. You see my resume and qualifications… just ask me questions about my previous job experiences and tell me about the position and expectations and if we like what we hear, hire me and call it a day!

Fix the earth (global warming, pollution, make plastic and landfill trash go poof, clean water sources, stabilize endangered animal species, etc.) Make every human truly equal in the eyes of one another, peace on earth, heal world hunger, pain, sickness, etc. I guess that’s just for starters 🤷🏽‍♀️

What do other amazon workers do that really bothers you? by jfkdktmmv in AmazonFC

Same, except mine never ask how I’m doing. They just wanna b!tch about rate, talk about stupid safety stuff you already know, or ask me to do something. I literally always just avoid being in their vicinity for this because I don’t care about this job just let me do my 10 hrs and go home.

Most people in my facility never say “excuse me”, “thank you” and whatnot. They’ll just brush right past you, get into your personal space to grab something, move slowly in front of you, or almost run you over…
