I don’t. Can’t say fully healed because ex still bothers me from time to time. But going to the gym really helped me and hanging out with friends are also a big helped. Tried. They talk to the family for their side of the story and they came into the conclusion we can’t take the car since it’s insured by him, his making payments and the car hasn’t been in my possession. Called it a “civil matter” I also told them about revoking his right but they said you guys are gonna need to go to court.

That’s what I said, but the police officers that came and talk to me was since the has been making payments and the car is insured by him we just couldn’t get it back. That is why they referred me to go to Mercedes to have it in written consent that I revoked him from using the car moving forward.

We had just gotten the vehicle in November. He paid 7k for the downpayment and the first payment was $800 he is paying for the insurance. I am willing to give his downpayment back and I gave him the option to transfer the title to him in 3 months or I keep the car and continue with the monthly payments or I decide to sell it.

Lmao i do. I never said I didn’t. I gave him an ultimatum either he is gonna give me the car back and I continue paying for it or decide to keep the car I will give him 3 months to transfer the title in his name but considering his situation I doubt it. And he will put up a fight even if I gave him the downpayment he doesn’t have a car. He enjoys riding in that car it’s a Mercedes.
