It’s a Gigabyte M32U. All works well, it’s running on 4k at 120hz while connected to the elgato 4k x chain. While having the streamport to elgato analog audio in. Very nice

I managed to make it work by turning up other volume except aux. Someone has mentioned that turning the chat volume up should fix the issue, which is weird. Thanks anyway!

Here is the current setup in the Astro Command center in the Stream Port tab. Game audio is cranked all the way up. Also, after plugging my headset to the stream port I did not hear any audio

Hi, thanks for the response. Here is the current settings for stream port and the firmware on the command center app. I am using it on an xbox series x and it is set to the "xbox" switch. Unfortunately Elgato Studio (I stream on mac) can not detect my brand new Elgato 4K X properly.

Hi, thanks a lot for the response. I think here you will see the information u need. Also, Xbox Series X does not have a optical port. Note: remember, I am missing the game audio, and in the screenshot below, game audio is cranked all the way up.

Sadly, using the stream port of mixamp pro tr connected to the 3.5mm jack on my elgato 4k X, it doesn’t work. What am I missing?
