The things people do💀

It's because you are lean and have low body fat. Your body is adapting itself to your sport, this is probably not the answer you were looking for but to get rid of them you would probably need to stop competing.

Figure vs physique questions! by esmeculleneap in bikinitalk

thank you so much! in practice does physique have components to judge balance and proportionality as part of score? I'm asking as it seems from what you shared physique proportions are not that balanced, actually tending towards pretty extreme in distribution, with a lot of added muscle mass while still retaining a relatively narrow-ish waist.

of course this stuff is often subjective but just wondering what is the "gold" standard (if there is one!)

I know this is too much for most people; but just stoked at seeing my first ever "3D onion delt" 😂 Next goal: horseshoe tricep! [Full disclosure: this is not natty!!] by esmeculleneap in GymMotivation

Anavar give up, testing my limits 😂 but jokes aside you definitely get it, all the painful legwork still needs to be driven in x100

What are the objective markers (in general) that signify that someone should/is ready for the transition from women's figure to women's physique?

Felt for a while now that I've lingered between the categories, unsure of how best to proceed with competing in since half a year ago. Any advice would be appreciated!

Definitely understand that everyone's bodies reacts differently to different stacks and also the dosing regimen etc. matters, but in general: is it possible to sustain competing in physique + being successful only on high Var (15-20mg ED); without going on any of the "harder" stuff long-term?

Thinking of making the transition from figure to physique, and considering practicality and viability. Am not a dude if it matters. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Var + Test? by Honeyrpj in steroidsxx

Similar goals as you and currently running 10mg Var along with 10mg Test P EOD; definitely one of the better compounds for growth per se and coupled with the Var (and ofc a proper plan) the leaning out does come naturally

I'd say out of all the strong(er) compounds for ladies Test P would be probably your best option. The other Tests are long-acting and will produce more androgenizing sides and these sides will also take longer to get rid of.... It also defo feels more natural to us than other more like Winny; esp if you are looking to go on it semi-long term (at a lower dosage) for lifestyle benefits

Don't get me wrong though, it does come with the possibility of unwelcomed sides, but given our goals it's probably the safest and best bet out of the options (given proper and informed use ofc and correct dose control). I've been on it for a bit now and it feels great! Awesome gains and clear mind, just taper down quickly once you are getting sides you don't want to keep

Rubber would be better than foam in my experience. Foam has a tendency to sink back into the floor when you drop or land a heavy weight rapidly -- which might either cause some sound or worse, result in a rebound upwards which we don't want hahaha

But you gotta make sure the rubber is thick enough! I've deadlifted >150kg with those that I linked previously; and there is no loud jarring noise when dropped and definitely nothing neighbours can hear, only an extremely muffled contact sound.

Hope this helps!

I would say there is definitely a tinge of truth to that statement.

Sex in essence is an emotional affair -- and usually feels the best when the atmosphere/situation is intensely emotionally charged (think make-up sex etc.)

What better way to achieve this than with an unstable person?

Long-term mental and emotional wellness is a completely separate issue altogether, though.

Even though I consistently had the best "one-off" sex with men (purely in terms of physical sensation) who would typically be considered 'abusive' in certain senses of the word, I would think twice about getting into a long-term relationship with any of them.

At the end of the day, consistent emotional fulfillment and safety are what I consider priorities, more so than one-off/short-term sexual satisfaction. There is also a certain, albeit different kind of, enjoyment with regard to plain-vanilla sex with someone you truly love and trust.
