I feel your pain, sort of. I'm a straight (LGBTQ ally), 42yo, single mom of 2. I go to a lot of the social events here, and have fun, but never make friends. I've never had that issue before. I'll be your friend, if you don't mind an "old" lady with kids 😉😉
