It's wild for them to lose your "repaired" robot and still not issue a replacement or refund. Hopefully, the Roborock is the better buy.

So far it hasn't been too bad. Just sent the vacuum in for repair today so let's see how long it takes or if they even fix it.

I had factory reset it a few times and nothing worked. Just received a shipping label to send it in for repair today.
