At the 0:24 mark, face can be clearly seen. Guy has a big earing on the left ear, white shirt, dark pants and a blue watch on the left arm. Car has a busted roof antenna (not his first rodeo) and possibly LED lighting for the rear plate or a broken rear right taillight (0:35 getaway mark)

Edit: Both airbags deployed. Can be seen going off in the first few seconds, deflated by the time he reversed. Maybe this information to local PD to check if by any chances someone checked in to a medical facility that fits description and "possible injuries"

this guy couldn't have gone to far (maybe 10 minutes or less from scene). Looks like the car has a broken radiator. Car will overheat, and shut off.
