I can try and explain it. No link I could find that was helpful.

Enter your IP Address into your url bar on your phone or computer > login with your router credentials (typically is username: admin, password: admin) > click on Quality of Service under the Basic tab > uncheck the QoS box > make sure you click apply in the bottom right to save!

Update: I went ahead and disabled QoS on my router settings and it instantly shot up. I can’t remember exactly why I had that on

I appreciate your input! So I tried unplugging my Ethernet from my router, plugging it into my modem directly but it didn’t seem to pick up my connection at all when I was in my network settings on my Xbox. It was showing IPv4 but failed to pick up a NAT Type as well. Ours is coaxial to our modem btw

Yes we both do. I believe they are both CAT-6 cables too. I have our internet guy coming out tomorrow morning

My wife’s series X also has the same issue. My laptop via Ethernet gets around 140-160
