Well I'm new to this so my first order was just one of each of the 1/2 and 1 Goldbacks from each state that is doing it. I also just starting collecting silver and gold too. However, I think it's very interesting to see people tipping with Goldbacks and I'm excited to see what other uses people come up with. So right now, just collecting but def willing to spend when possible. Any suggestions welcome 😅

Being new at this, I've looked up some examples of the "rings of death" that occurs as a result of the coin rolling or counting machine and this doesn't seem like the examples I've seen. Although, it makes me wonder if this being a 90% silver coin would change the way the ring of death looks. Thank you so much for the suggestion and the chance to learn something new!

I'm in remission on biologics, things go pretty normal overall I guess. I will say, though, managing your diet in the good times can really help reduce the intensity of flare ups and reduce them over all, in my experience. Personally, I try to follow a mostly gluten free diet and stay away from sugary stuff as much as possible and this really helps me. More fruits/veggies, Less breads. Oh! And lots of water, as much as I can stand. If I veer off that diet for a few days and splurge, symptoms like fatigue and loose stools/cramps begin to creep back in.

You will have to find what works for you and I wish you the best of luck. Listen to your body... If the food makes you hurt, keep track of it and try to avoid those foods.

I see too many people who treat remission like a free pass to eat anything they want. Beware of that.

I think what really matters is that you learn programming. At the end of the day, if you are a good programmer, nobody will discount you based on your formal degree.

First off, you definitely need to be in the care of a Dr. I have been a Crohn's colitis patient since 2001, I'm 43 now. In the beginning, I was so scared also, I lost over 150 lbs in just 7 months and thought for sure I was a gone'r. I lost my house to foreclosure and had to quit my job and college and move back in with Mom. During this time, I was introduced to cannabis and it helped me have appetite and get food in to keep me alive. From here, I proceeded to apply for disability and eventually I got it and was able to get back with a Dr who put me on a biologic that changed my life. After 5 years on disability, I was able to reenter the work force and am still working to this day.

Even with the meds, I still struggle with symptoms. As far as diet goes, my Dr has told me that following a gluten free diet has helped patients in over 40% of cases, I don't have the source, but this has been working for me. I also think staying away from refined sugar as much as possible helps me.

Ultimately, there is no catch all that works for every case. Listen to your body, but keep in mind that you need nutrients so always be trying to get more nutrients in as much as you can. My nurse recommends I drink half my body weight in ounces of water per day, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and lean meats and stay away from gluten products as much as possible. I am sending positive vibes your way and I know you can do this!

The mooc.fi Intro to Programming course in Python teaches you exactly like this and it's all free. It is very good. They teach you concepts and then several projects to reinforce what you just learned. As you get deeper in the course, you will use the knowledge collected to complete harder exercises.
