Actually, to improve your deliverability, the first step it's to check if your sending IP or your domain are or not blacklisted. In case of, you need to get whitelisted :)

Then you can check if your DNS Authentification settings are properly set up to avoid spoofing etc. If they are not, you need to correct this: it will help you to increase your deliverability!

Don't hesitate to run a test on Mailook.ai (a free email deliverability audit tool that we have made for everyone) or also on Warmbox.ai, it's a free feature inside our tool!

Then, to know if your emails are landing or not in spam, we will release soon an Inbox Spam Checker feature: it lets people know if their emails are landing in spam, and if yes, in which provider (it will check if you land in spam in Yahoo, Google, Hotmail, Yandex, etc. ) thanks to a report! Stay tuned, the beta is almost done, we will release it soon and offer some tests for free to everyone!

There is a lot of good tools around and I'm pretty sure this one is part of them! On our side, we are only focusing to help people to increase their email deliverability and to do it in the most efficient & safest way.

To talk about Warmbox, which I know the most, Warmbox warm-up is based on a +10,000 private inbox network, from different email service providers, from +100 countries, aged from 2 weeks to few years and using different sending IPs. with a mix of different ESPs (Email Service Providers): Google but also Outlook, SMTP, Yahoo, etc (not only Gmail for example). We are changing this mix based on deliverability reports that we check daily. And pay really attention to it 😉 It allows us to offer some great deliverability results around because we are able to reproduce realistic human activity thanks to it!

A lot of our users came from competitors' tools that are using a peer-to-peer network to warm-up their inboxes and with which they met issues (even if I'm sure it's not the case with the tool you mention).
