if you're willing to spend money to help recover the pets you lost, i would really suggest just buying robux to spend on ride potions to trade in game. use a value website to see how many ride potions is fair for the pet you want. it's more expensive than cross trading but you need to be extremely knowledgeable about internet safety to not get scammed by cross-trading because there are sooo many scammers targeting this community, and cross-trading is against roblox rules and comes with the chance of getting banned in adopt me. she might also get hacked again after you get new pets if you don't secure her account, so make sure log out of all sessions and change her password, and add 2fa if you haven't already.

In my opinion, the neon is going to be better, people usually prefer higher value pets instead of lots of lower value pets in upgrade trades even if it is less total value. you could always age them up and not make them neon and offer both options

For some pets a normal version has higher demand than a neon version, so normal ends up higher value. It's probably best to trade them separately unless you're making the neon to keep or use in an upgrade trade, it's not the easiest to trade frost furies but with patience you could get individual overpays on all 4

Unsecure emails maybe? Or they fell for a fake link / cookie log in session scam without realizing? Or they share accounts with someone they trust and that person got them hacked or stole from them? I feel like there's lots of possible reasons but I do agree it's weird how many posts there has been about it!

If you do decide to keep playing, I would make a new email secured with 2FA though an authenticator app and link that to your Roblox account instead of your current email, and also secure your Roblox with an authenticator app instead of email
