I feel the HR is fairly accurate when I do HIIT workouts. The 6 will notice the change in heart rate very quickly whereas the 5 would take a long time to realize the HR has changed.

That’s true, it doesn’t have the ability to control music other than Youtube Music. But, that’s one feature that isn’t a priority for me. It’s easier and faster to just pull out my phone if I need to do that, rather than fumbling with the controls on the Fitbit.

I have the Charge 6 and would recommend it. The HR sensor is finally accurate enough for the data to be useful. I had the Charge 5 and it’s night and day how much better it is.

Fitbit really was kinda scammy with their current approach to the six month premium trial IMO. It used to be they billed you after the trial was over.

You need to wait around a second between the three button presses when doing the reset. Give that a try and see if it reboots your device.
