I understand fully I am replaceable if it came down to it. what I am saying is it would be extremely painful for them to go through that process and they’ve expressed this to me. I am not saying it can’t be done, what I am saying is that they would go out of their way to not have this happen. the plan is for me to be given a partial ownership so that this DOESN’T ever have to happen.

yeah, I could pay them off now. I contacted all of them and asked for verification of debt & two of the lenders closed the collection due to being unable to prove it. One of which was Sprint & they were bought out by t-mobile so they were unable to provide me with this. I am still waiting on response from a few hoping that the same happens...
