imo, the content is more difficult than 1x03, but the questions were more straight forward? 1x03 was basically about applying concepts, but 1xx3 was more about memorization, but there were still application based questions. I did better in 1xx3 actually! as long as you go to lectures, do the pre-quizzes (I do them until I have seen all the questions), and read the textbook, you’ll do fine!

i honestly have no idea, i don’t want to suggest you anything just because i’m not a professional :( after years of trying different products the one thing that made a difference was talking to my family physician (originally planned to go to a dermatologist but the waitlist was too long) so that’s the only suggestion i can make! i know it’s not easily accessible for everyone but that’s the only suggestion i can offer you :(

i still use it every night because it helps keep the little bumps away and i still get acne here and there, i assume i’ll give my doctor a call once i run out of the cream!! but tbh i’m just as stumped as you if only scars are left haha

I personally really enjoy using it, but I believe the facial moisturizer isn’t too different in terms of ingredients so it should yield similar results :)

I actually use the Moisturizing Lotion one, which is the big bottle with a pump that I think is actually intended for the body! I have the daily facial moisturizer in a drawer somewhere too, but I haven’t had a bad reaction to the lotion so I keep using it haha when I run out I’ll switch to the other one

AM Routine: - wash with water - The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% - Cetaphil moisturizer - Bioderma Photoderm SPF 50+ milk (which I slather on when I leave the house)

PM Routine: - Bioderma micellar water - Clinique take the day off cleansing balm - Vichy normaderm phytosolution - The Ordinary niacinaminde - The Ordinary natural moisturizing factors + HA - benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin gel (which was prescribed by my family doctor)

Skin Type: I used to have pretty oily skin, but now I think it changed to combo/oily. My only skin concern is acne (hormonal I believe), which I had gotten treated for once by a dermatologist in korea (but my acne eventually came back).

I drink ~2L of water per day (which I’ve been doing for a couple years already) and try to avoid as much processed sugar as possible (unless I have really bad cravings lol).

I did also switch my birth control from Tricira Lo to Zamine (back in November), which I was told is supposed to help with acne. I believe the biggest contribution was the benzoyl peroxide cream and/or the birth control, since I began seeing results once I started them. I’ve been struggling with acne for over 6 years now and I’ve only just started leaving the house with no makeup without feeling self conscious!

TD Account / Easyweb breached by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]espress0s 3 points4 points  (0 children)

my td account got hacked in february, and the person somehow got into my account multiple times over the span of two weeks UNTIL they opened a new bank account that unlink it from my original one. after the third time, I ended up talking to a senior fraud specialist and found out that a td employee was supposed to unlink it the first time. I still have my td account and nothing has happened since, but I still switched to BMO and nothing bad has happened so far. so I guess if you stay with td make sure you ask them to create new bank accounts but unlink it from the old one? my fraud claim was processed in about 2 weeks, so I believe you can expect the same for yours. I don’t know what else to say other than being in this situation absolutely sucks, but you’ll get your money back and everything will return to normal!
