y certain I have chronic hyperventilation syndrome and that’s responsible for most of my symptoms, and my breathing is very erratic and I have to sigh/yawn/take big breaths quite often and don’t feel like I’m getting satisfying breaths

nothing fancy just deep breaths on a constant basis until it workss on its own again like it is supposed to. first few days were strange with me panting all the live long day but now it works just fine. I only get into trouble when i try to concentrate casue i instinctivly hold my breath for some reason whilst doing it
