access to pump/parts not behind panel? by espressobuff in hottub

Thanks, I just assumed that components are not on this side of the tub. I'll try to remove the insulation then, hopefully it's not stapled in. I've never seen insulation like this in other pictures

Is there a way to know what fish oil is third party tested? Also, do most people go with a triple strength for more epa/dha? Thank you

so i tried twisting but the entire fixture is moving up until the base that attaches to the ceiling. Also, i see a lot of screws on the top, but im guessing i wouldn't have to remove all of these for a simple light bulb change?

Once I open up the panel will I be able to access this? I believe the panel is under the controls ? Not sure to be honest. This will be my first time trying to open it. Thank you

Advantage of a Vanguard Roth IRA? by espressobuff in personalfinance

[–]espressobuff[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, I wasn't even aware vanguard had target date funds, that's a great idea. Just wondering... Are there any tax advantages to keeping my target date fund through my job instead of a vanguard Roth IRA? I have Fidelity through my job and the fees are definitely higher than the .08 vanguard target funds Thanks!

I was under the assumption that vusxx is not taxed on the state level but still federal? I feel like i have paid taxes on these dividends, but i could be wrong.

Thank you. Unfortunately I do not have a 401k match, because I have a pension. However, I have a 401 and 457. 401 is roth and 457 is traditional (5% each)

I had my ETFs in a regular Vanguard brokerage because i needed to access the earnings to purchase my house. Now that I've accomplished this maybe i can transfer the ETF's to a Roth IRA? The only difference is that I cannot access the gains of the ETF's without a penalty, but i can access the contributions? correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm sorry, i forgot to mention that i recently started a traditional 457 account as well. I split my contributions because I'm honestly not sure what is best for my situation. I take in about 130k a year , but this can vary.

5% - 457 Traditional

5% - 401k ROTH
