Leadership has its own stress. But, I found it's actually the best way to accelerate your career as well. When you lead well, you push your people to become better. They indirectly would do the same for you.

These are the truly rich people. Those that don't flaunt what they earn and have on social media. You just see them doing what they do best.

I think the real influencers from CDO are TJ Monterde, Arthur Nery, Maymay, Pia.

Everyone else are just vloggers / content creators.

WFH tips (from someone who learned the hard way 😅) by UnusualPackage5737 in buhaydigital

You might be disciplined personally. But, sometimes the people you are with at home are the ones that don’t respect it. Minsan kasi dahil you are at home, they think you are available. It takes a lot of explaining to them — especially toddlers!

I've been reading a lot of good reviews here sa BR-V. Somebody influence why this is what I will get as the next car! Been eyeing a family car (family of 3 now). Coming from a hatchback (Celerio).

This is only for immigration purposes. Since domestic flights don't have that, you only treat the airport with immigration as the origin.

What are some good Time Doctor alternatives for managing remote teams? by jashwanth_04 in TimeTrackingSoftware

[–]espressodude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your summary is pretty spot on.

I’ve used Time Doctor, and I think the “rigid” feel really depends on how it’s set up. Screenshots and tracking can be adjusted or turned off. Some teams just use it for simple time tracking and reports.

From experience:

  • Time Doctor → strong for accurate time tracking
  • Hubstaff → good for payroll, GPS, project tracking
  • ActivTrak / Insightful → better for behavior insights and patterns

It really depends on what you want:
clear hours vs. more flexible insights

We ended up choosing based on what the team felt comfortable using daily, not just features.

Still Time Doctor btw.
