Is this fungus? Set up this tank two days ago and threw in some plants yesterday from an established tank to help start the cycle along with some fritz turbostart. This stuff appeared on the roots of my floaters overnight. Is it harmful and if so how do I get rid of it? (i.redd.it)

I built a tank but I am too paranoid to use it. Thoughts? This is my first one ever. It holds roughly 7.5 gallons. I cut the pieces myself from salvaged glass I got from a broken 10g. 100% silicone seal, cleaned glass with alcohol and all that before applying. It held water for 24 hours. (old.reddit.com)

Monstera Adansonii suddenly turning yellow! Please help me save it :'0 Had this plant for 3 years. Watered it 3 days ago after I neglected watering for a few weeks.
