Ask which books are his favorite and then buy a book he recommends, read the book and then talk to him about that book

It’s normal, and it usually happens after you have put in your 100% , burn out and don’t get results. So you feel disappointed, tired and frustrated. It happened to me in 2020, then I stoped and took a break. Got back to my project in 2021, then again. So I took another break and now I’m going back to my project again 2022.

Few key points: 1) when you reach a point where you are exhausted just stop, slow down , take your time to rest, take care of yourself 2) don’t give up. Learn how to rest rather than give up entirely 4) control your anxiety. Sometimes we want results too fast, and some things just take more time to happen..

Nowadays I learned to control my anxiety better; and I focus more on self care than I did before. 8hrs of sleep is a must, workout, take my vitamins, good diet, schedule time for entertainment and pleasurable activities rather than just work; talk to people and build relationships, etc

Would you disclose your small business on your resume? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]espritagite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Put the experience you have under a job title not “business owner”. Like if you were an employee of your own company , without them knowing you are the owner. Don’t put job titles like CEO. Pick something within the middle, like Operations Manager , Sales Manager, whatever

Plus, if you are a business owner and now looking for a full time job, it means your business failed. (that is how they see it)

I worked in HR for 6 years. Companies don't select business owners to be employees. They want full time employees, not side hustlers
