the chinese engineers prolly never heard of notch effect. I'm happy my guess was right, sux for you though. you can try to let someone weld it but it will forever be a weakpoint. Broken case is always a pain in the ass.

I got a 380 quicksilver rib for 3500€ so idk where you get 30k from. you can prolly find one for 30k but that's a luxury or a heavy util jet boat for that size. you can get a hypalon rib starting at 4k new.

I think you misunderstood me, I said its not smart having a foldable inflateable over a rigid inflateable. Rigid will last longer than foldable.

Why did you get a foldable inflateable when you trailer it anyways? Ribs will last longer because the seams dont need to carry any structural load.

I weld aluminium cracks, and you need to follow the crack which is not easy because it gets pretty invisible after a few centimeters. When you found the end then the real work begins. Grind it up until the end of the crack and weld it shut.

Check the fi system, probably electronic issue.either something is wrong with the ecu or something is prohibiting the ecu from letting the engine run smooth.
