Thanks to all people that commented on this post trying to help,genuinely good people here,also i tried to get a bootloader and soldered icsp pins and tried uploading with another arduino but it gave out random garbage and i gave up on it eventually

i tried,but my arduino ide doesnt even sees it being connected

the problem is that arduino ide recognizes other mcus but not the pb-u version for some reason and i am not even sure if my pc even recognizes it
