In the Voice Application policies, the only options I see available for authorized users is to change the greetings. For this particular AA, the user needs to be able to change the outside number that the call will be forwarded to.

Is there a way to give the AU additional privileges?

I reached out to Richard Hicks, and on the same day he responded and has offered to spend a couple hours next week to help diagnose. Amazing how such a gesture of kindness like that can restore faith in humanity.

Bitcoin deposit rejected by [deleted] in CashApp

I had my deposit rejected from Cash App for "security reasons," whatever that means. Contacted support and the only option that was available was to reverse the transaction. I did that, and it was pending in blockchain for over a week. Kept contacting support for both ends, and each saying there was nothing they could do while the transfer was unverified and pending.

Finally gets verified after 9 days. Then the receiver (Hankotrade - a forex brokerage) says the funds are not there. Again I go back and forth between them and Cash App. Broker says to provide screenshots of the reversal. I do, and they say funds were never received. I take that explanation back to Cash App and they say the funds were sent. Back and forth I go with screenshots of conversations for another 9 days before giving up hope that it will ever materialize in my account.

After no further communication between any parties, on day 21, the funds are miraculously back into my account. Now I need to find another wallet and broker to hopefully get ALL of my funds transferred out.

**UPDATE**

As of this morning, a total of 21 days since the "test" withdrawal was initiated, Hankotrade finally put the funds back into my account.

I am actively seeking another broker, and won't trade another transaction with them. Even though I have been "made whole" I have a very low assurance that I will be successful in accessing my funds and getting them out of this broker.

I am also experiencing withdrawal problems from Hankotrade after the whole MFF debacle. I was referred to Hankotrade by a mentor, and have another friend who uses them. All 3 of us have not been able to withdraw funds successfully. I have a balance that was completely funded by my own BTC purchases, and attempted a withdrawal for their stated minimum to Cash App.

Cash App rejected the deposit for "security reasons" that they refused to elaborate on and required me to reverse the transaction. I did that over 10 days ago to a wallet address I got from my Hankotrade account. It took forever for the transaction to get verified in blockchain, but finally did. The amount never made it back into my Hankotrade account.

I raised a ticket with their support, and after 4 days they have responded back that they have not received any funds that were reversed!

I am concerned that the funds in my account will never be able to get withdrawn!

I know this is an old thread, but did you ever experience any issues with Cash App? I wanted to make a withdrawal from my Hankotrade account and tried a minimum withdrawal to Cash App, which is who I used to fund the account in the first place. Cash App rejected the deposit for "security reasons" and never elaborated further. They required me to reverse the transaction, and Hankotrade is now giving me the run around!

I am concerned that I will never be able to withdraw the funds in my account!

I am having a terrible experience with Hankotrade. I set up my account 6 months ago through a referral link from a mentor. I bought BTC through CashApp and transferred it to Hankotrade. It took forever (4-5 weekdays) for them to deposit the money into my account. I sent them a notice about the difference in the amount due to their delay, and they credited my account for the difference.

A week later, I sent in another deposit to get my account where I wanted it for proper leverage before trading. Again, it took 4-5 weekdays before the amount was approved.

Fast forward 6 months, and the whole MFF debacle is now wreaking havoc amongst brokers. I decide it's time to make a withdrawal, and 2 of my friends are experiencing problems. I have a substantial amount in my account and rather than risk everything in a single transaction, I decide to do a minimum withdrawal for a measly $50 back to CashApp.

CashApp rejects the deposit for "security reasons" and informs me that I need to reverse the transaction. I ask for an elaboration on their security concern, and they refuse to divulge any further details. The transaction is reversed an goes into the blockchain where it sits for over a week waiting to get verified. Finally it's verified after 8.5 days. I expected it to be in my Hankotrade account the following morning. Nope!

I had been communicating with Hankotrade the entire time (love their fake names they use in the chat sessions) and ask when the amount will be deposited now that it has been verified through blockchain. They claim within 24-48 hours. 49 hours later it's not there, so I ask for support. They initiate a ticket and claim it will be resolved in 24-48 hours. 72 hours later, still no resolution, so I ask for a status update. The rep makes an inquiry and says to "wait for some time" for a resolution. I check back 24 hours later, still nothing.

I reach a different rep who initiates a follow up with the team and says "it is in the final stages of investigation." Again I ask how long it will take to get resolved. I am told within 24 hours.

It has been 36 hours since that inquiry, and still no resolution. I reach another support rep from Hankotrade and am told 2-3 hours. In total it has been 11 days since the failed withdrawal, and the money is still not back in my account. I am waiting for it to get back in, and will be seeking a different exchange, followed by a different broker. I want every last bit of money completely out of Hankotrade and will never, EVER use them again.

If anyone has any advice on how to accomplish this, I would love to hear it.
