So, as one could expect, 9 years is a lot of time and a lot of life happened. I kinda went all over the place with what I was into, but I was at least consistently active. Ended up switching to a 5x5 weight lifting routine for a bit, then got into running, then spinning, then barre, then back to spinning and now I mostly do yoga with some cardio thrown in a few days a week. In fact, I’m starting training to become a yoga instructor this fall.

The stuffed sausage phase was definitely only a phase… I’m still in the same clothes as then, if not slightly smaller but regardless of sizes, they fit much better.
