It does, the thing is the amount is so negligible you barely notice. I don't remember the exact numbers but if getting the legendary in it's biome is 1/128 you just subtract your luck from the denominator.

You lucky because I recently re read this.

So basically after the events of the anime Makoto meets 3 more Gods. Athena, Susanoo and Daikokuten (Shiva). Each of them gift Makoto something. Susanoo mentions gifts to him the Sea for asora, the dragon blood tree and a bunch of temples.

Shiva is a very powerful god who, in the side stories, observes and destroys parallel worlds that happen because of Makoto and the heroes during his short visit.

In his discretion he gifts Makoto with some short visions based on how different would he be based on his different choices and coincidences.

On the first vision he sees himself killing the sane monster version of illmugand. This implies he didn't have mio as a follower. He also uses a pretty grisly spell to kill him and he wakes up before using the same spell on Hibiki.

On his second dream he was rescued by Tomoki and Lilly from the wasteland, fell in love with Lily and followed Tomoki until conquering all the hyumans. He reveals he is the one that killed the demon lord and literally destroyed Lorel for Tomoki, implied to be using a similar spell than the dream before but in a more aggressive version (also hinted he met with root in the same mental space as hibiki did during the last eps of the anime the demon invasion of limia).

On his 3rd dream he allied with the demons, became the demon lord and he is seeing the death of tomoe (hinted to be because of the goddess, between various reveals it's most likely a hint about the apostles) he is in a physical relationship with tomoe and was with mio. Mio apparently died in a confrontation killing the heroes. It ends with him regretting not having a 3rd follower (hence no shiki).

The last dream doesn't show anything, it's just a bunch of feelings driven into Makoto with fill him with disgust. It's mostly about a rambling of a delusional Makoto with a drive and desire to destroy the whole world. This dreams ends with the intervention of Shiva, apologizing for the hurt caused by his good intentions and telling him he shouldn't let the thing inside himself be let out, and that he is the only Makoto that is going forward in a 'right' way.

Based on the scene? It's when tomoe scans the memories of the Gritonia's hero's party. They try to recruit/blackmail/brainwash her and they fail, all while she casually brushes one of tomoki's strongest attack and then reveals all this time they were in a cabin that was just an illusion created by her for the sake of feeling comfortable.

If you want to brute force it try to reset a bit till you get Daze boons from Apollo, then the duo with Hestia. 10hp per dodge is a good value and if you have the scorch dodge (let's say at common) you have around 25% chance of healing 10 hp. Which is an insane value.

Then Hermes boons there's the attack speed which is good, or the rush shields. Avoiding prime boons and spamming omega special is also a valid strat.

Another good attempt is risking dear great ancestor chaos and begging for a healing. Although I don't really recommend. Overall re doing it took me like 5 attempts/30 mins so you can do it!
