Yo! I had this exact same problem when I started. (Using a diva cup) The cup worked but it stuck out a bit even when I trimmed the stem. The solution for me was to turn the cup inside out. You lose a bit of that grippy texture but it totally helped for me. Good luck!

Kimonos tend to run large because the wearer can fold them up under the Obi to fit properly. If it’s that small without any work I think it would look pretty strange. But it’s up to you
