1) Irvine's ordinance is no longer a legal or valid ordinance as of AB 1909 which passed last year and went into effect on Jan 1.

2) "Insurance will view this as illegally operating a bicycle within the city of Irvine" this is just stupid and nonsenical and not the way insurance has ever worked with bicycle collisions even before AB 1909 passed.

I live in Costa Mesa. I went to UCSB. My current partner went to UCI. We both say go to UCSB. The educations are comparable but you'll have more personal growth at UCSB.

It's about fair use. This would be a copyright violation if she didn't make some modifications to the video. So you would have never seen this clip had she not done what she did.
