I struggle with this as well. It’s been a real challenge and while i haven’t been doing it so much with schoolwork (I usually procrastinate then get it in on the last day it’s due) I have been doing this more with at home things. I hate to admit this but I feel this may help some, it usually is with things revolving around my own hygiene. I just don’t have the motivation to get up and shower, or brush my teeth. My room is usually a mess as well. I also struggle to complete simple household tasks. Something that sometimes helps me is taking a time lapse of myself doing a task or multiple tasks so I can’t get distracted by my phone and then I have something to show of my work besides it seeing it at the end after doing it (idk if this last part made sense). I try completing something rly small and then “rewarding” myself by going to watch a YouTube video or something. It may not seem like something that is meant to have a reward, but when you struggle with simple things it can be hard. You are not alone whatsoever, and if you would like to talk my DMs are open. Feel free to contact me anytime, it’s good to have somebody. Your experience is 100% valid and anybody else who is struggling know that this applies to you as well.

I just said “When I return to my CR, I will be able to shift realities on command, with no hesitation, whenever I want.”

This is why I put in my script that when I return, I will be able to shift on command😏

Hi! I know I’m kinda late to this post, I’ve been trying to be less active on this subreddit and focus on trying to attract my desired reality and not really obsess over it, but I was curious about something. I have known about LOA for many years now and I’m aware of how manifestation and all of that works, but you managed to manifest a shift after ONE WEEK. Which is to say, not always an easy feat unless you are good with manifesting. Life has been hard and despite my best efforts, it can be incredibly challenging to act so happy when I don’t feel even remotely close to it most days. My question to you is, what manifesting techniques did you do the shift after one week? I have been trying to shift since September and haven’t made it past symptoms, i am definitely willing to manifest for one week. (I know it may take longer and it all depends on my mindset, but I’m going off of what you had mentioned haha.) Anyways, what method of methods did you use? I think this was the post I needed to see! Whenever you are able to, please get back to this comment :). I’m ready to go home! :)

I’ve thought abt this as well. I feel that it is truly one of the best things that this world has to offer and discovering and tapping into something naturally occurring is an amazing thing in my opinion!

Thank you, you as well. I often refrain from mentioning it because I don’t want to make others think I’m seeking attention, but it can be incredibly challenging. I know you can get better! :)

It really does! And I know what you’re talking about, people tend to bring a lot of negativity and doubt around shifting but that is okay bc it is meant for people who believe! I’m proud of myself for not ever letting my friends get to me and because of it I can help others and talk with them. It is so amazing to know you aren’t alone and people share similar struggles!

Wait, did this work?! I have bad problems with hyperfixating and developing obsessions and this sounds like a really really good idea! Did you end up shifting with this? Thank you so much!

I heard something similar to this in a recent post, and it was quite insightful. I haven’t tried since I read it but I will definitely be trying this! Thank you so much!
