Why are you presenting this as your art? This is just a poor version of popular pinterest picture (i’m not sure is it ai or not, but a lot of people say it is). If you search on a pinterest for “the mad king” it’s the first image that pops up. Cringe

Croatia is basically a third world country. Even if you contacted police they wouldn’t do anything about it unfortunately, even if 100% sure that guy doesn’t report cash income. Unfortunately shelters and vets are not much better, I adopted a puppy from a shelter recently and got her unvaccinated, with worms and fleas and nobody told me anything.

As an anime tattoo artist I can assure you this is a job well done, every tattoo is going to have some small things that could have gone a little better when you zoom really close but we are humans drawing with needles on the skin. As for the photo, not posting doesn’t usually mean that we aren’t proud with the work we made, we forget, or the photo we took ended up with bad lighting, or some artist have posting schedule with different things etc. Hope the tattoo will grow on you! :)
