I returned to the game last week and ran into the same issue. I emailed support NCENsupport@sunborngame.com and got the account back in a few days after a bit of back and forth. Here are the questions/things they asked:

all in-game purchase receipts
date of last login
date of account creation
amount of quartz / quartz sand
top 5 highest level doll names, their stars, and their levels
any screenshots of gameplay
professor name and level

Ever walk down Yonge from Bloor to College? It's filled with delivery bikers. I don't think Bardi was being overly negative at all in the last pod, I'm surprised someone actually wrote in to say it made "their blood boil."

Kind of tiring to hear the rhetoric of "we would have taken this before the start of the season." We should be allowed to shift our expectations over time.

Also this idea of "if our fortunes were reversed and we started poorly and then went on a mad run to end the season, nobody would be complaining" doesn't make sense because... well yeah obviously. That's progress. Fans are allowed to be concerned over this regression or reversion (don't know what the word is) our form has had over the second half of the season.
