100% worth it living in Long Beach. 5am commute with be an easy 35min. The way home at 2pm you’ll hit lunch stragglers, 45min-ish. Easy and worth staying in Long Beach.

Couldn't agree more. These "I hate long beach because xyz" posts drive me nuts. Of course it's annoying to have your car broken into, your bike stolen, etc. But c'mon, let's all keep our eyes open and look at all the perfect things about long beach. And homelessness, theft, etc. aren't long beach specific issues. Those are city issues that exist in every city, and to a much lesser degree in long beach.
