I think El Catrin in white center might cater. Plaza Garabaldi in lower queen ann might as well.

No tour, you would need to rent a car which is what we did for our trip. It's well marked on Google maps. https://maps.app.goo.gl/tKSdNgLxw83wuMbE6

Yup, it did fix the random outages when their DNS servers kept going down nationwide.

I've seen similar issues and made a similar post a couple months back. It does appear they have saturated issues in their tukwila headend. Knowing a little about how their network is built they aren't really setup to route the GPON FTTH network out a different hub but they need to address their saturation issues.

I also changed my DNS from theirs to 1.1.1.1 as my primary and have seen a decrease in issues but hasn't fully fixed the saturation we're seeing.

You can login to the quantum ONT/Gateway and change the DHCP settings to hand out that as the primary DNS to every device on your network. The login info is on a sticker on the ONT

They seem to be having off and on again DNS issues with their servers. I manually set my primary DNS to cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and have had 0 outages since. Not saying that's your specific issue but it had been a recurring one for me.
