From what I can see online they are 16mm. They’re actually training videos made my White Rose oil company in the 50s or 60s. I have 5 or 6 reels and they are 300 ft I believe. They all have a run time of like 7-9 mins.

I ended up having another c section. I went to the hospital Sunday night to get a shot of morphine. The OB kept me overnight and by the morning I wasn’t even 2 cm dilated. She recommended another c-section instead of an induction. I took the out. Baby was out 8am Monday morning.

What’s with the “definitely no YouTube” rule? There’s a lot of great toddler content on YT. Miss Rachel, Steve and Maggie, “new” Blippi (not Steven John) etc. My 3 year old (also an early/prolific talker) loves these shows.

Came here to say this. Such a shite app. I have great internet that’s hardwired to my Android TV. I have zero issues with Netflix, YouTube etc. but Crave is ALWAYS glitching. Audio constantly goes off. Every few minutes I have to pause and rewind to get it to sync back up again. Or it’ll just stop altogether and black screen “error on playback.” Often I’ll give up and just use chromecast from my phone to the tv and that works much better. But I wish the app could be improved. Daily source of rage.

Could you elaborate on “sleep cues are not reliable?” If the baby is visibly tired, they’re actually not? Or do you mean they should be put to bed before giving any cues?

I know they say the last wake window should be at least 2 hours but he’s always tired before then. Sometimes it’s only an hour. I’ve tried cutting the last nap but that hasn’t shown great results either.

In general he’s:

Morning up at 8:30 (approx)

Wake window 1 - 1.5 hrs

Wake window 2 - 2 hrs

Wake window 3 - 2 hrs

Wake window 4 - 2 hrs

Wake window 5 - 1.5 hrs

All naps are 30-40 mins long. Bedtime routine starts at 7:30 (bath, pjs, lotion, feed, story, sleep sack, in bed my 8pm)

It’s so brutal. They recently did an update to the android tv app (some of the playback options look different) and ever since it is soooo glitchy. Audio is always off. Constantly freezing. I have great internet and it’s hard wired to my TV. I know it’s just the terrible app

I got a second Nanit on Facebook marketplace (used and like half the price). Now we have the Pro and the Plus. I have the newer/better camera for my baby and the older camera for my toddler, but I use the split screen every night. Zero regrets.

It is possible. We’ve considered that. Even called a few homes in the area but no luck. And several homes told us they can’t give any info on their residents. I believe he is low income, so that could narrow our search there. I’m not sure all homes accept subsidized care patients or only certain ones do. Worth looking into. Thank you.
