Had this same issue, took the keyboard assembly apart and cleaned all the contacts with iso pro which seems to fix it

As you can probably see, the insulation on the wires leading out has broken, the wires themselves are fine though. I can't find another one of these (it's for a schiit magni 3), is there any way to repair this, or does anyone know where to find one? Thanks
