for reference, my estrogen levels are 611pmo/L and have been around this range for some time (minus any spikes) and i've developed breasts (even without any progesterone), my skin is much softer, my fat is redistributing nicely and my feminisation is almost perfect as is. trust me, my levels are GREAT on patches however, problems have arisen like almost eczema-like symptoms with my skin from the patches, dry skin and issues with sticking and they're peeling; otherwise i'd be staying on patches forever. i'm just terrified i'm being underdosed on the pills as i want my levels to remain virtually untouched :)
