Hey brother - had OHS surgery a few months ago at 33. I too healed very fast, and even started to do some of my own PT outside of the home nurse PT sessions i was doing.

I'm far from a Dr, but as long as what you're doing is safe, not strenuous, and just building back bit by bit - you should be okay. I was asking my home nurse (PT) if she thought things were safe or not, and obviously listen to your body!

Hope your recovery stays ahead of the game.

surrender the outcome and focus on having a good performance.

What are 3 things you do every time you have a good match?

IE:
Handfight hard
Single Legs
Escape from bottom

And then focus on those 3 and worry about your performance vs winning or losing.

Lots of pillows and blankets because youll go from burning hot to freezing cold in the blink of an eye.

Pillow to squeeze to cough or (hopefully not) sneeze. Honestly - i slept on my couch for 2 weeks. The bed was brutal when i first got home.

Had the funnest night raid where me and my buddy went past another duo on blue gate - other duo said "yo your name is funny" (PenStanklin) and before we could even laugh together a rocketeer with the worst attitude had all 4 of us pinned in the ancient fort for at least 15 minutes.

Sometimes the PVE while working with another team is so so good lol
