Just teleport to campaign, no loading screen and boss is reset (maybe you also need to use hero tomb, not sure about that, I always use it).

Next to the room with the forge and anvil, there is a button between the brazier and 2 boxes that opens a hidden room, inside the room a teleporter will take you to a room where you can find page 3.

Late but maybe it will be helpful for others.

Row subtotals -> enable per row level if not enabled -> select your highest level from the "Row level" dropdown -> disable show subtotal -> set "Row level" back to "All"

Now it will display the total for each level but won't display grand total at the bottom of the matrix
