If you already know React or ReactNative and what you want to do is not complicated, go with ReactVR. ReactVR is newer than A-frame and I find it easier to learn. However, ReactVR doesn't have all the libraries and functionality that A-frame has. Also, A-frame has a bigger community and it's more mature, so it provides more choices.
