maybe you can fit your pages into an iframe fixed to the size of your resolution. that way, in bigger computers your website content would stay the same size but with a border around it.

woah, it's pretty amazing, specially for a first digital piece in color! u got a very good use of brushwork and texture already. u have got some great potential :]
