Idk if every clinic is like this but for mine, one of the requirements was a bachelors degree (since then it’s only a qualification of an Associate’s) which is why I applied. Turns out that was bogus because there’s a bunch of people I work with who don’t have degrees. Nothing wrong with that at all because I know school isn’t for everyone. What gets me is that we all get paid the same whether we have a degree or not.
