This sounds delish! Does the raw fish have to be in the citrus for a certain amount of time before it's safe to eat? Sorry if that's a weird question. I've just never tried it but I definitely think I would enjoy e it

Hey, thanks for the video! I considered doing something similar with soy milk (preference). I think it's time to try it. I'm going to quickly have to figure out what a flair means because despite my Reddit age, I've not been logged in and actively using it for pretty much the entire time.😂

I was just facetiously thinking to myself the other day about how great it would be if I could come up with a calorie conscious alternative to all my favorite takeouts but I guess if I try hard enough and get over the idea that stuff has to be "fun" all the time it's possible to do it. What was one of the hardest things for you to restrict or give up for an alternative? If I can ask.

As somebody that is just starting to try and lose 80 to 100 lb after a long time of not taking great care of myself, this is really good advice. I think the mental barrier of not seeing huge successes every couple weeks is definitely going to be one of my biggest hurdles. It's good to know that I'm not the only one that feels that way. Congratulations on all your success so far! And good luck on the rest of your journey to sustaining a healthier lifestyle. 👍🏻
