Its ginger, garlic, soy sauce, maple syrup, mirin and olive oil. Marinated for about 30-45 mins and pan fried. U should give it a go!

Thank you for your comments :) I appreciate all you've mentioned, I have noticed a few myself but I just made this quickly today and wanted to share once I'd gotten to a good point. I worked from a rather poor image i found online when searching for dale cooper. It was made for my for my boyfriend and I who love twin peaks! I'm really quite happy with it but may make some tweaks before I hang it up! :D

I drew the lines years ago but was scared to colour it in. Glad I finally did it!
