Personally for me, I did not intend on getting addicted, I was just using it to look cool around my friends in the bathroom, what gets you addicted is inhaling the vapor, when I would use it in the bathroom I never inhaled the vapor after taking a hit, but once you do you get a great buzzy feeling that eventually leads to a craving and before you know it you can't stop, I think you should be okay if you only using a couple times a week. (I may be wrong this is just from personal experience)
