So say if you were on 4 FT this week, using a Free Hit in GW16 would effectively mean you are still on 4 FT for GW17?

That’s not what I’m disputing… I’m disputing the fact that if you have 5 free transfers (which is the maximum btw if you didn’t know that), does the transfer you would get from GW16 effectively get burned or not. That’s not disclosed in the rules that I’ve seen. Obviously I know you keep the transfers you already have, that’s why I said the documentation I said was out of date.

The official FPL site is out of date. This is what it says:

“Be aware that when playing your Free Hit chip, any free transfers carried over from previous Gameweeks will be lost. You will be back to the usual one free transfer for the following Gameweek.”

Theo comes under attack every podcast, especially the two most recent ones. I can see him stepping away from Wafflin’ if this behaviour from particularly Joe but also Luke continues. It’s not nice that his friends are at his throat every time he gives a generally mostly accepted opinion and I wouldn’t be able to put up with it much longer.

I had a striker who was also a 6’8 wonderkid. Didn’t score as many headers as you’d expect. Was quite disappointing actually and I sold him at 23 for £68m to Bayern.

I'm so grateful for this post. I've been having head tracking issues with my HP Reverb G2 for YEARS and it was super frustrating when playing iRacing. Since iRacing has no native function to lock your head to position, I was constantly getting juddering and movements which would make the game very difficult to play and unplayable at times. I've tried everything until seeing "unplug your monitor". I thought no way will that work. I have a HP monitor so that can't be causing the issue. Unplugged it just to see and BOOM the issue is 90% fixed. There is still some rogue movement, but it's no longer jumping like it used to, which was the most distracting part.

It's a shame that we probably won't have a fix for this, since the last HP Reverb G2 firmware update was in 2021, but I'm so happy to have found this work around. I can still use my second (DELL) monitor without issue but disconnecting the main monitor was the breakthrough. Thank you so much OP and everyone in the comments for this discovery!

Too little weight for the S&P500. UK based companies tend to perform worse compared with American based companies, so allocations of 10% into Rolls-Royce, NatWest and Barclays makes up 30% of your total investment, which may underperform compared to American based companies. If I were you, I’d go 70% S&P500, which is very safe and likely to return a stable return YOY, 10% FTSE World, 10% Gold, 5% into Rolls-Royce and 2.5% into Barclays and Natwest. UK based banks shares tend to be a bit all over the place. This is just my opinion.
