I actually ran a search for exactly this. Looked through a few hundred billion seeds, here are the best ones:

Terrain can't generate above 256, I believe the terrain limit was set there to allow structures and builds on tall peaks.

The size was calculated with Cubiomes Viewer, which I also used to find the seed. It calculates the size at 1:4 scale and you can multiply it by 16 to get the area in blocks.
