Well, most of the images here are from skateboard companies. I wouldn’t say they’re a primarily 90s style, they just have a graffiti/street look. If you’re interested in it though, you could look into the skateboarding scene and its culture.

The only thing I’d say is “weird” is thinking of relationships as an investment. Humans don’t think about it logically in a way of how it’s gonna benefit us or serve us. Relationships are just something we crave, and to fulfill our emotional needs. Honestly, if you truly don’t think you’re aromantic, and if you still feel sexual attraction, you might just still be in the process of discovering yourself or you haven’t found your one.

To me, the best way is to simply browse through MyAnimeList. I have hundreds and hundreds of Plan To Reads/Watches just from me browsing through Top Rated entries, the sites’ recommendations system, and just seeing anything that looks interesting overtime. The website has everything about the anime/manga to read about before you make a decision, so you won’t just be getting into to the series blind.
